Zebroski was better than Harrold by a country mile. The problem was that he was hardly ever played in the right position.

One thing you can say about Zebroski was that he was skilled at Kung Fu. Bradford away goes to prove it!

Harrold, Zebroski and Moushino all got more than their fair share of stick I thought...and they are all involved in possibly helping teams out of League Two again. It is arguable that they may not have been League One standard, but if a striker needs support they certainly did not get it from some of the boo-boys at Wycombe. Good luck to them, I say.
    (except against Wanderers of course!)

Another bad mistake by Taylor I'm afraid. Firstly to play Zebroski in right midfield most of the time, despite the fact he was a striker. Secondly to sell him, when we kept the ginger donkey up front instead.

I remember poor old Zeb coming on as a Substitute and getting booed before he got on the pitch...I bet he'd love to bang a couple in...

I always liked Zeb. It may have seemed that he had lead in his boots when trying to control the ball, but you could never fault his effort. It was always fun wondering which Zeb would turn up too, he went between the sublime to the ridiculous every game. I think he would still be a good addition to our squad at right midfield or up front, 12 goals at Torquay this season backs that up.

In fairness (Rocky will be cursing now) Zeb did have some really positive qualities. He actually could out jump many defenders and certainly won more headers than Harrold. He had pace and quite a good shot on him. However (apologies for the lack of political correctness) he did have the touch of a rapist

I was often a fan of Zebroski, which is probably fair to say against the majority of supporters. He scored crucial goals and made a fair contribution considering he was often played on the wing. His tracking back and team work often went unnoticed by some supporters. He had some excellent games -- Gillingham and Port Vale (H) 2008-9 and Charlton away on the opening day of 09-10 immediately spring to mind. Ok he was unorthodox, frustrating at times but he's not a bad player at league two level (although he did struggle to step up to L1). Hopefully we can keep him quiet on Friday

What we're forgetting here is Rendell used to play for Torquay. This may make things interesting as well.

Decent player now. Was it Rendell that apparently missed the chance of the match? :emoticon-0104-surpr
