The Chairboys head to Cheshire to take on the Railwaymen at Gresty Road looking to continue where they left off last weekend and push hard for promotion, the Railwaymen are sitting at the wrong end of the table but with a six point cushion they should have enough about them to avoid being dragged into the mire. At this stage last season the wheels fell of our wagon as we picked up only six points out of a possible 30 but without the distraction of the cups we can concentrate on the league. With eight players either missing or doubtful Gaz will have to be creative with his team selection and he will be sweating on one or two recovering in time, the list reads Stewart, Sido and Harriman missing, Freeman AEA and WDH doubtful and PCH and SSS being assessed. This should be a good game against a team who like play football but if we take our A game with us and the Beast keeps putting the ball in the net we should be heading back down the M6 with all three points
I take it the 2 new players are fit to play cos it seems just about everyone bar the tea lady has been injured this season. One things for sure with the beast up front we always have a chance to get 3 points
It would be nice if blues fans done some kind of minutes applause for Cyrille Regis at the game whether at the start or during the game or maybe wwfc have already arranged something
A group of #Chairboys fans have proposed a minute's applause for Cyrille Regis in the 59th minute of Saturday's game. Please join in to pay tribute to a special man. #CREvWYC #crewealex
Both clubs have agreed to a minute's silence for former #Chairboys striker Cyrille Regis ahead of kick-off. #CREvWYC
Wycombe: Brown, Moore, Jacobson, Scarr, McGinley, Bean, Gape, O’Nien, Bloomfield, Cowan-Hall, Akinfenwa. #CREvWYC
When was the last time we played 4-4-2? Can't see The Beast getting many chances with CMS,Tyson and Freeman on the bench.
Only 2 points behind Notts County in 2nd who keep dropping points. I'll be having a few beers watching Football On 5 later AGAIN!
