Just listened to Wiggy on Clyde there denying he knew anything about ebts. Fair enough, but then he goes on to tell us that the company and the club are separate.
Well he better tell
UEFA and Fifa, who told Fernebache and Fiorentina to name but two that the club IS the company.
He better tell the FA who told Southampton that the club IS the company.
He better tell the court which told Southampton that the club IS the company during their admin.
He better tell Duff and Phelps since their letter of 15th Feb 2012 stated quite clearly on several occasions that the club is the company.
He better tell Plus Stock Exchange because their letter when the club was removed from that exchange made it clear on several occasions stated that the club is the company.

I do agree with Smith that the fans regard The New club as Rangers.
They are quoting the Lance Armstrong case with the USanti dropping agency stripping him of titles, however THEY DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO REALLOCATE THESE TITLES TO OTHER CYCLISTS SINCE THEY ARE NOT THE CYCLING AUTHORITIES.

Smith is totally wrong to claim that the club is not the company. There is far to much evidence that they are the company.
Rangers Football Club plc IS the club and was the club. They are in liquidation awaiting liquidation.

It is alarming that someone of this former status actually does not know this, which raises the question, if he does not know this did he have something to do with EBTs but failed to realise what they were. Someone of his status should know that the club is the company. Fans bought shares in the club which is the company. Smith either does not know that the club is the company or......he may have an agenda.

I only heard the start of the show but it was interesting to hear Gordon Smith admit that during his time as an Agent he never saw any side letters or second contracts with any the players he represented.

Watch out you may be suffering from obsession if you mention rangers. Apparently rangers decide to go to the 3rd division on there own accord and we have all to pretend nothing interesting happened this summer at all.

I've noticed that is a common riposte.

I said it was the biggest scandal ever to hit Scottish football and it is. It is perfectly natural to discuss it at length because it is so huge and because the whole case has so many facets, some of which yet to be revealed.

This story and the discussions around it are going to go on and on, if Rangers fans don't want to discuss I can fully understand why, i'd probably want to concentrate on other matters like saving my club, and watching the football being played, it would also stick in my craw if Celtic fans spoke about it, but for anyone to say that is it an obsession for anyone else to discuss the saga at length, is just being churlish.

I like talking about football, Celtic mostly, but I will not let petty insults (which have no basis in fact) put me off. I'll talk about Rangers when I feel like it, and everyone has the same right, they are also free not to talk about it but no one can reasonably expect everyone to ignore it.
