Ok so Ive not been in sam jacks and on 3rd December 2011 Im expecting a special result against the Chelski and wondered if you any of you chaps have been in this place.

Im out all night after the match and wondered if its a good spot to go and if you would recommend anywhere else.

Cheapish pints on a match day (2.50 I think) although don't expect quality, expect to get unbelievably hot and sweaty after being ham sandwiched between two of the fattest Geordies you've ever seen and get swilled by approx. 27 different pints if we score, also the messanine floor has a tendancy to feel like it's going to collapse (see Sunderland v Newcastle this season, thankfully it didn't or I might have missed the match) but it hasn't ever as of yet.

Boobies before the match. Away day challenge is always funny as well.

All in all a good experience if you like boobies, like seeing away fans be sick, like a sing song and don't mind getting hot and bothered with hairy gentlemen.

 

Walk 200 yards to Shark Bar. 50 screens, no sweating, great atmosphere. Watched Manure game. Nice food. sexy waitresses ( was that last bit sexist?)....LOL

 

I liked it last time , nice atmosphere , alright music but the ground is so sticky it's unbelievable

I knocked the bouncer's drink out of his hand , all over his clothes , by accident so never dared to go back there though:/

 

Never been there to watch a match (I usually go to Beyond in the Gate), but I usually go there on nights out at some point and it's pretty good. Nowt special like.

 

Been there the past couple of derby games, been decent.

May have to try Shark Bar though, heard good things about it!

 

Im thinking Shark Bar if I am honest. Sounds like more my cup of tea being a posh cumbrian with newcastle heritage.

Went to a local pub for the Manure game and it was quite canny. Good atmosphere and the pints are only 2.10

 

They strict on ID? Wanting to go somewhere before WBA match for mates birthday. Been let in in a few places with provisional before (not fake, therefore saying I'm 17) and gets me served in some pubs in Durham and Chester so might work.

 

Easiest place in the world to underage drink year 9s and 10s used to come into school hungover after a night out in Market Vaults
