We had a thread about it a while back (link) though that ended up in a discussion about sharks and politics. I don't think the investigation will even take place to be fair, and if it does, I doubt anything will come of it. I'm sure Bates planned for that scenario and the directors of the Forward Sports Fund who used to run Leeds before his takeover weren't actually him himself but just his business associates. Or something along those lines.
It wont matter anyhow with all the money Bates is saving on wages from your players leaving the sinking ship he can afford to pay your debts.
