Looking in from the outside, it certainly looks like a bold decision. You can't argue with his record at Swindon and he turned them around after they were relegated back into League Two. Your season is still in your own hands and this move will certainly liven up the rest of the season and beyond! Think your fixture list is very difficult but I think the 'New manager effect' will have an impact in the coming games. Good luck for the rest of the season!
