It would be good for the club if they worked out and we were to purchase them. Part of the long term health of the club should be expanding ourselves into new markets.
We were actually discussing this with the club not long after Elmo first signed on loan. We'll hopefully be in touch with Hull's media director again soon to work on a deal to help increase Hull's Egyptian fanbase!

I hope it works out. I have often said that our club failed to capitalize when we were in the PL. We had the US National Teams top striker and our goalie was born in California. One or two more players and we may have been able to create an American fanbase. It would be a real shame to miss out on a great opportunity again. In my opinion we should return the favor and send a player or two to you on loan if we can. I know it might be hard with everything that is going on in Egypt right now but a partnership between our two clubs should really work both ways. Using our facilities should only be the starting point.
I've just seen the status from the official facebook account saying that they're gonna set up an arabic facebook account and and I was looking through the comments and one made me chuckle it was just the chips comment that made me laugh
Hopefully these 2 will sign permanently then I can see us having a big sale point in Egypt, then our games will probably be filmed and broadcast on Egyptian tv meaning we can always get a stream! If we do I could see these and elmo (maybe even one or two more who knows) being the best signings we make, specially with the FFP rules coming in, because they'll open a whole new cash flow with merchandise sales etc over there, in a way paying for themselves. Wonder if the Allams saw this door opening before it did? Not just a good move football wise but a good move business wise aswell.

I think there'd be bigger fish to fry mate, the inappropriate comments would get lost in an ocean. Someone should post a link to CI, the elitists in there would live it! (and someone might actually post on there for a change)

My pleasure, mate. Been following Hull extensively since releasing the news about El-Hadary joining on trial (for those who remember that lol) But this was much harder reporting with majority thinking we were spreading rumors, thankfully it's worked out. Now all we need is a blogger from Hull to write some match reports for us =)
