    very sorry to learn of the tragic death of 1 of the miners, hopefully the other 3 make it out safely, this story is close to my heart as my brother spent 30 years at wearmouth colliery in Sunderland. My prayers are with the 3, their families and their friends :emoticon-0150-hands

    Thanks mate. Lots of mining connections in this part of the world, though I personally don't have any. Looking at the pictures of the inside of the mine on TV I could never work in there. Let's hope for the best. <ok>

    Just heard another miner trapped in the mine has passed away - very sad - I hope the rest get out!

    Its now official just found Body of Third miner...so very sad..lets just hope for the remaining one
