Worked for a guy 13 years ( not sure if its good or bad luck ) and today was my last day . He wasnt a happy camper but I had to shake things up. Anyways , what is the longest you have worked for someone and what did you do and why did you leave ....... Anyone ....,
Been in my current job for 14 years, longest I've ever stayed with one company. Normally with a company for 6 years or so then get itchy feet and wanting to move on for a different challenge.
Been self employed all my life (session/live musician - songwriter/producer - illustrator/graphic designer) but for the last 12 years have also been a lecturer at University of Wales Trinity St. David (Swansea Met as was) on a sub contract basis.
Chief petty officer 26 years RN retired.. run my own business in property rentals for 23 years and still going strong..
6 years Army then recently completed 35 years as a linesman and other roles working on the national grid system ( climbing up and down Pylons short explanation ) .Now looking into the Wind Farm industry as that seems to be growing bigger with more opportunities .

Been i ncurrent job for 18 years (never thought that would happen) prior to that Army 7 years and then flitted around the country doing sales for different companies (itchy feet syndrome)
Worked at the Cardiff International Arena for 7 years, then 3 years on cruise ships then back at the Cardiff Arena for another 6 years, then for a company in Sydney, and now back in Wales as a freelancer. I am a sound engineer/audio visual technician.
