Off Topic Threads.

It seems we've got a lot of off topic threads being posted and I think it'll be a good idea to keep them all together and just post football related threads separately on the forum.

Let's see if we can keep them all together on here.

 

A funny little story that is kind of football related.

A primary teacher starts a new job at a school in Sunderland and, trying to make a good impression on her first day, explains to her class that she is a Sunderland fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they, too, are Sunderland fans. Everyone in the class raises their hand expect one little girl.

The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says: 'Mary, why didn't you raise your hand?'

'Because I'm not a Sunderland fan', she replied.
The teacher, still shocked, asked: 'Well if you're not a Sunderland fan, then who are you a fan of?'

'I'm a Newcastle fan, and proud of it', Mary replied.
The teacher could not believe her ears.

'Mary, why, pray tell, are you a Newcastle fan?'

'Because my mum and dad are from Newcastle, and my mum is a Newcastle fan and my dad is a Newcastle fan, so I'm a Newcastle fan too!'

'Well, 'said the teacher, in a obviously annoyed tone, 'that's no reason for you to be a Newcastle fan. You don't have to be just like your parents all the time. What if your mum was a prostitute and you dad was a drug dealer and car thief, what what you be then?'

'Then', Mary smiled, 'I'd be a Sunderland fan.'

 

Has anyone else read this thread? "The Demise of away support in the UK" ...... if you have is it then fair to say.

The signing of Graham just about sums up our managers ambition.
NONE AT ALL.
Let's face it, he aint gonna drop Norman or play two up front so this twat is gonna be a ****ing bench warmer.

He slagged us off in public & has come purely for dosh.
A few on here need to take a long hard look at themselves if you ask me.

Sunderland have sold out their away ticket allocation all my living life (31 years). ok we don't fill our home ground but that's defo down to the fact that Sunderland have the highest unemployment rate in all of the uk, but we do sell every away ticket allocated, always have and always will.
