Right... I know this will more than likely because an argument, these sorts of threads do but sod it, we are all humans and that means we all like different things and talk about different crap. So here goes. Those of you that play FIFA 12, doesn't matter what on just those who do have, have you ever had a career with our much loved Hull City? I normally tend to stay away as I like to watch what they do without any input, but on this new one I gave it a go and found it not bad to be honest. I don't play it like most do that take over a club thatâs in the lower leagues and within 3 years have won the premier league, champs league and got the likes of messi, rooney, iniesta and such in their teams. I like to play it as close to realistic as I can, so I carried out my transfers for hull city with much care and the reason for this post is I would like to know what fellow hull fans thought of the possibility of some of these becoming a reality rather than some computer generated signing for hull city. I will cut the crap and just state who I have bought and for what fee and if I can remember who from and if I feel this could become a realistic target for us in reality. Bear in mind I was in championship for 2 years then prem for further 2. So it was 4 yearsâ worth of transfers. TOTAL = £32,450,000 over 4 years is good business, works out £8.1m a year! Split that in two for summer and January thatâs £4.05m each transfer window! Not bad! There were a few more signings but you get the idea I spent money carefully and didnât go crazy like some and sign messi and co for hull city and win the leagues hands down! But I wanted to post this to see if we can all get some fantasy transfers on the go if you were given the chance that sometimes playing fifa gives you! No pathetic arguing or bitching either, some play it some doesnât! the question isn't do you, it is do you think they look good transfers and like I said, given the chance whatâs your fantasy signings, realistic though, don't go shouting out messi or etc. !!!
I play it but rarely with Hull City, if only because i like to take over a L1 or L2 team usually and see how far i can go with them. I managed to get that John Smith when i was in the NPC with Scunthorpe (almost lied about who my team was out of fear) and he was fookin awesome!! btw the way that was the only time i've ever used the scunts as my team and i left them for Southampton halfway through my second season i thought i was being all progressive and that but it just felt wrong!

Yeah got Lucio for next to nothing but his wages are a killer! He's still a tank though even if his legs have gone.
i have not brought in a lot because i love bringing in the youth team players, alot of my friends dont have time for that and buy buy buy !! sure its annoying at first cause there all like piss poor players but one lad i scouted from asia, at the age of 16 went into the season in my plans and i played him a fair bit, not every game and his rate of change (for those who play fifa) went from 56 rating to 71 rating. matty fryatt was only 3 ahead!! the kids feet are like steel! hit the ball anywhere within 30 yards of that goal and its on target and FAST !! halfway through next season atm and hes gone to 77. and this is an extreme case but majority of my team now is youth players i brought through they all progress that well if you pick them out wisely and read the scout reports properly! oldest lad i have now is koren who is like 37 or something, apart from him the next oldest is a kid called vincent stewart, 23 years old! young team but december time and were sitting 11th in the premiership wereas with alot of those signings and old players i finished last season 17th, had such a bad slide down the league, only got out of relegation on 2nd to last day with a win over wigan !! its addictive at times, and at others a pain in the arse!
If you buy and sell you can make loads of money. Like if you pick up a free agent who's 19 and rated 68, you can flog them for like £2million within a year. Also I finished 6th last season, won the FA Cup and am in the Europa League, so I got quite rich and Piazon was only something like £8/9 million. He went to Chelsea and didn't play so I seem to remember they'd transfer listed him and his value was £8million. He's an 85 now though, my best player. A great bit of business is if you sign a kid called Jonathan Williams from Crystal Palace (can usually get him for about £3million), he's 17 and by the time he's 20 his rating is at least 80+ and he's worth about £10million.
