Off the field operations

Shame as personally I prefer the ship badge, most of that is probably nostalgia cos it’s what I grew up with. I do think the club are managing this well though with the current crest on the stadium, match kit etc and the ship badge on training gear. Something for both tastes.

I was 5 when we changed badge yet weirdly I feel more attached to the old roker badge, not sure if it’s nostalgia of my first ever lads game

That home top is spot on. The ships in the red stripe is a fantastic touch.

 

Been reading the threads OTR about it and it's been said that the one behind could be the training top rather than the away shirt

The home one is nice. Unfortunately that will be the only one available in the club shop until January next year

 

nope new contract will be coming so should be run 1000x better it will be the first time you actually get to see how it will be run under the owners this summer

Away top is Navy Blue apparently. All 3 kits bespoke from hummel, which is a brilliant deal for us

 

Sounds ideal. Said a few months back if we gonna stay Nike needs to be a Nike deal, but that simply doesn’t happen outside the PL.

Happy to have a direct supplier and they do some cracking kits, lot of folk don’t like it but I live the Southampton one this year that’s a 90’s remake.
