The Blackpool game had a mid table clash written all over it despite our predicament, and rightly proven i was........................... I take that point cause those kinda records on offer can stay where they belong and this team ARE better than what our position and results suggests.......................... There was heart, determination with a will not to be beat mixed in with some luck and fortune which is what we all need cause the rub of the green aint been going our way and it all adds to the problem................. Bryan was outstanding a credit to our backs Heaton had a blinder or just did what hes paid to do which is save the ball from hitting the net Danns looks class in the middle / promising needs game time And Bates was a welcome addition to the team and played well All in all for today ANYWAY I am a happy CITY shopper................... EE WAS VIBRANT, GOOD WORK TO ALL.........KEEP THE FAITH AND BRING THE NOISE Coyr's
Eastend was as flat as **** first half. Second half it pepped up after argument between a few lads and the stewards who were walking around telling fans not to sing certain songs. That weird sketch made it louder.
The two new lads made a big difference but I have said before this squad is more than capable of a respectable finish in this division, they just need good preparation, coaching, and played in the correct positions.
really happy with our performance yesterday, we actually tried to pass the ball a bit more, and I don't know if anyone noticed we actually passed and other players moved into a better of space..kanu believe it?? bryan brilliant against the best winger in the championship, danns did well considering he wasn't match fit and had alot of high balls towards his way My only concern was elliot, how can a professional footballer be so useful with a football at his feet and somehow work his way up to the 2nd tier of english football..
Marv is still inching back towards full fitness - give him time I would sum Saturday up as something to build on
