According to the daily mirror were after odemwingie and according to the daily fail were in for dawson after his move to QPR hit a snag now imo i would take odemwingie but not sure about dawson as we have too many centre backs as it is.

Cant see us matching QPR's offer of around £10 million especially after going all out for Fletcher & Johnson, think Odemwingie might just be a plan B incase Fletcher fell through. I do like Dawson though and with him only being 27 he has a good 5 years left at the top, its just a shame we need to splash out on more important areas because I would have definatley sold Titus and replaced with Dawson.
FFS just get Johnson and then i can think about others. I have a feeling with Richardson going Meylor and El mahamadi won,t be far behind. I would still like ZAHA from Palace and still want a recognised LB Also if another forward comes in im afraid its not looking good for Ji Di Wong and Whickham i also think this is a big year for Campbell

Can I just say this journal story is ****e. We are abnout to sign Fletcher all being well which gives us a front line of: Fletcher, Saha, Noble, Wickham, Ji and Campbell - And apparently Noble, Wickham, Ji and Campbell are surplus to requirements?????? Would love to know who their source is for this - Martin O'Neill will sell 2 thirds of the strikers he has to leave him with....... TWO centre forwards - FFS!
