Redknapp is like that Iraqi general being interviewed saying there are no Americans in Baghdad, while US tanks rolled on behind him.

He always states categorically that he is not looking to sign players, whilst behind him new players are happily going through the doors.

He has that sly commentary about liking certain players, who are good lads etc but of course they are other teams players so its disrespectful to talk about them.

The man is a ****ing cockney bell end but he makes for good TV for the flunkies who love to kiss his arse at sky.

Odemwinge has stated that he is " deeply hurt " and offended by WBA 's stance and reluctance to allow him to join QPR. For F**** sake what planet are these footballers on !!!!. Is there no loyalty or commitment or honouring of a contract anymore ?....oh yes just let me go....theyre gonna double me money !!!!....The buggers make me sick !

How does he know QPR are in for him if West brom have rejected an offer, obviously tapped up. Why don't the FA ever do anything about tapping up????

To be fair Biffa (and I yes know its not on the same scale as they already earn fortunes) but if a competitor of my firm offered to double my wages and my current employers stopped me joining them, I'd be pretty pissed off as well.

Just because they are football players doesn't mean they want the best financial deal for themselves not their employers. They are professionals not volunteers at the end of the day.

I take your point but your company would still decide wether or not to accept your resignation, and then if they did would either make you work your notice or put you on gardening leave!

I can understand a player saying he may consider a move at the end of the season but not mercinary bombshells like this
