hi matster i hope to travel up friday morning, staying 1 night monkmoor rd. saturday i am at a dinner in ludlow, and i have to leave 6am on sunday to attend a transport rally in warminster wilts, so it is all a bit of a rush!
The Abbey Hotel down Monkmoor Road has usually between 6 and 9 real ales on, if you're heading away from abbey forgate towards the police station it is on your left - the majority of B&Bs are between the Abbey hotel and the Abbey forgate.
thanks matster i have one in mind i stayed there in april. i shall probably sit in the west stand with a pensioners ticket. excellent viewing facilities even for 6foot 4 me. the facilities at otely road are really fabulous, small wonder the fa use it for lesser internationals. i think the swansea game will generate some useful cash for both clubs, even rowland may get an extra 2 bottles of vintage port. i hope to be in the 3 fishes lunchtime, prior to purchasing my ticket
