It's the boards fault why we are in this position and why the pressure is in DMi to get us out of it.
Had Millen got booted when I said (once we were safe last season, or at the end of last season) then the new man would have had pre season to sort things out.

MAYBE onefor you should apply to go on the board, they obviously dont read the forums and you can keep them up to speed with DEMI and what he may start doing wrong has done wrong or could be steered away from doing wrong.

I am just happy we have filled the gap left when KEEF left, GLAD IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS...for them that wanted a quick fix maybe the board should extend an apology.! He needs to be given the full 2 seasons, like game 12 of 2014 to show his worth. If we are 23rd at christmas its tough thats football, 22nd after game 45 and 21st after game 46 I will be happy, he has achieved pretty much what any manager might have done with the squad we have.....20th in the season after still be happy.....1st/2nd in his 3rd season expected!
 
For me this season is just about staying in the Championship, an awful lot of damage will be done to our clubs future should we be relegated, keep us up DM and I'll be well pleased.

DLAR ...BUT, in the main a quick visit to Div1 often more than not works, we changed a manager a few years went down with him! look at Leeds, Norwich, Soton IN THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS, RETREAT AND REGROUP..............COYRDZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
