    for me the only saving grace is that at least he will be playing in his natural position instead of someone else being shoe-horned into an unfamiliar area

    Well, if we didn't have Obertan fit, Pards would have played Lovenkrands on the wing or something. So worryingly, this is probably a good thing.

    I was though that last night. I was just getting hopefully a i thought Ferguson getting a run out was good then realised we'd probably only see Lovenkrands anyway. That said i still don't really mind Lovenkrands that much

    Don't think he would Lovenkrands on the right wing against Man Utd would have been Ryan Taylor more likely.

    Oh lord. Another dreadful performance from him beckons. The amount of times he will either lose the ball or be talentless will be off the scale. It doesn't matter if Young is injured, Nani will still have him and Simpson in his backpocket.

    I think it's pathetic that people actually celebrate our players getting injured, then some even have the nerve to complain about our lack of squad depth.
