(and he’d have become yet more evidence of violence against women and children; and yet another anecdote in the men are evil narrative)
It’s a case of mitigating circumstances, good v bad solicitors. And then sexism of the highest order.
I take it you found her a difficult **** Tash, and this is all borne out of heavy ballsack bitterness?
I think some of the judges are starting to be swayed by some of the pressure groups out there. If you are a white, straight, Middle Aged male you’d get ****ed over by the courts a lot worse than if you fell into any of the other criteria. Judges like many in society seem to be wanting to be seen as all inclusive and sadly go too far the other way. Same in the media… by going too far I think the media are actually creating or at least worsening the problem whether it’s their obsession with BLM or employing presenters based on what their gender or skin colour… it’s clear they define their approach to their craft by how many boxes they tick.
All depends doesn't it. Not sure we get enough of the facts from that video. He could have had a rap sheet as long as your arm for multiple crimes, robbery, fraud, dealing, smuggling, possession, firearms, shot up at police on the run etc whereas she could have plead some form of insanity. What does strike me however here is she is charged with second degree murder - which basically means she didn't know what she was doing would cause death and it wasn't intentional from what I understand. Also did a bit more reading on it (as I love this **** - https://montrealgazette.com/news/local-news/adele-sorella-murder-trial ) no poison, no marks, and supposed "that the girls were somehow kept in the sealed hyperbaric chamber until they died from a lack of oxygen." So could even have just been complete accidental abandonment of parental duties leaving them unsupervised and, sorry to say, but no evidence to suggest it might not have been a tragic accident and the girls locked themselves in. Unlikely and more likely possible mental health questions or delusions, drug addiction etc could have played a part but which ever way you slice it, an exceptionally lenient sentence for killing two children in my eyes even though I doubt she'd be allowed on parole at the 10 year mark (that is the max afforded to that particular sentence).
