    On Sportstalk they barely mention Union, considering it a minority sport, yet the two LEAGUE matches between these 2 sides attracted over 160k combined. And yet the 17,000 attending the 'biggest derby in the world' in our fair city is a bumper occasion...

    Because Union isn't played to any high standard up here. If City, Scunny and Grimsby were a similar size to Hull Ionians, they wouldn't talk about that either.
