Just got me thinking about what would happen if Pompey, Blackburn or Bolton went to the wall this season. Completely disappeard & liquidated. I chose these 3 because of the fact that any knock on effect could be quite big. Basically would the team that finished runners up in the play offs then go up as a replacement, or would one less team be relegated from the league above. I know teams have gone bust a lot in the last few years butthey were already in the non league world.
Highest placed 'relegated' side in each league would stay up. Same number of teams would be promoted. It probably wouldn't affect above Conference North/South level.
