O/T - Whaling industry in Hull - BBC documentary

    For those interested the attached BBC documentaries are fascinating. Presumably if in the UK & have a TV licence they are accessible on BBC iPlayer. I remember as a 6 year old seeing a "live" dead whale in a temporary exhibition tent (somewhere near Paragon station). The city of Hull were into whaling in the very early years (1500's) but don't know how involved they were in the Antarctic. Sad story on all fronts really.

    You don't need a TV licence to watch on iPlayer unless you are watching live.
