West Ham have agreed to sell Upton Park (or The Boleyn Ground to give it its actual name) to house building developers.
    Nice windfall.

Seeing as they're getting a government funded stadium and a large chunk of the redevelopment making it fit for football is tax payer funded, shouldn't proceeds from this sale go back to government?

In my mind this is the reason that they could spend so big on players like Nolan in the championship.

Not sure what trick QPR have up their sleeves?!?

Are they ever likely to fill it? Gonna look a bit empty with a capacity of 54,000.

It appears though that they did not get anywhere near the £71.2m valuation on club accounts.
