Usually the Friday night music session is started by someone else but i'm bored after just getting in from the pub. Love this song.
Always liked the start of this
The guitar rift kicks in from about 4-55, probably one of the best out there imo.
Classic mate. Love that song. Here's another, despite him having his finger tipd cut off in an industrial accident, Tony Immoi was a class guitarist.
I've been to a lot of concerts in my time, prog rock in my youth and indie later on but the finest riff, by a country mile, I have ever witnessed was at Earls Court in 1994 given by one of the finest guitarists of all time, Mr. David Gilmour. Enjoy. Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd
My old man was a massive Pink Floyd fan and he always listened to shine on you crazy diamond.
without question it has to be SMOKE ON THE WATER by DEEP PURPLE. evey huitar players dream tune to learn. also check out Ressistance by Queensryche. Classic AND Medusa by BCC....Black Country Communion (incl.glenn hughes and jason bonham) but all the above are well in my collection. all true classics.
I've played guitar for years and this is by far my favourite guitar solo. This is my idea of lead guitar perfection! Always remember Eric Claptons quote " they'll always be someone faster, its better to just try and play well". How right he was! and this is the only proof you need! Fantastic!
