O/T UEFA and Wenger situation

    Do these tools actually have a backbone? Why have they let Wenger off with this touch line ban? What's the point in kicking up such a fuss in the first place for them just to rescind it and punish him in a meaningless match in the future. He knows the rules, he should get a punishment for it and if Les Arse get knocked out because of it, so be it.

    I don't think they've let him off (yet). He's appealed against the ban, and the appeal will not be heard until after the Udinese game so they had no alternative but the freeze the ban

    When managers are banned from the touchline they often state they can see more from the stand. If that is the case then that is just the place for Wenger because he misses so much action from the touchline. If he needs to communicate with his bench he cannot have much confidence in them or a very high opinion of himself.
