    I used to really like Topics but have gone off them slightly and started to revert to less ambitious bars of chocolate like Mars and Twix. A metaphor for a cautious approach.

    Picnics are pure dog food Bri, but I do like a Boost. The wrapper always sticks to the caramel in boost bars though, picking for ages spoils the fun.

    Yeah, Star Bars are the bollocks, I don't have treats like chocolate all too often so when I do I usually go for the same thing. Kit Kat chunky is also a great dipper <ok>

    Don't eat chocolate at the moment getting into shape for seeing the missus for the first time in six months.

    I believe people who know what they're doing call it shredding. I call it doing press ups until my arms hurt.
