Beyond the headline grabbing quote i can think of 3 black England captains Ferdinand , Ince and Campbell himself .
I really dont get why he is having a strop
TBF to the FA (if they are to blame) England had Beckham and Terry covering that role for most of his time as a player

 

Don't even want to read it. I can't stand this obsession with racism in football. There's loads of real problems in the game that no one does anything about.

 

Cos he has a book to sell.

The years Campbell played for England(1996-2007) We had Tony Adams, Alan Shearer, David Beckham and John Terry as official captains. Would you have picked Campbell over them? Probably not.

I've seen a few articles with Campbell talking about racism effecting his progress in his career.

 

Sol Camp bellend - utter twat - if hes not moaning about racism, hes moaning about homophobia

 

Cricket - hardly any black English players.

Rugby League - hardly any black English players.

Rugby Union - hardly any black English players.

Football - black English population well represented.

They should really focus all this wearing of special t-shirts in warmups and such on the sports which actually seem to be exclusive based on race.

 

Racing- no black jockeys, but lots of black horses.

 

Snooker, darts, golf, tennis. Can hardly think of any black participants in those sports either bar Woods.

 

Speedway, stock car racing, greyhound racing....

 

What a complete pleb.
