A friend of mine has just set up a site called RefTheRef.com (can't do links Sorry) It gives fans the chance to give the officials ratings and comments after games. Get something off your chest or even maybe praise a good performance? Any feed back or ideas would be welcome and I'll pass them on . Thanks
Nice idea but it's bound to get abused. Football fans are always keen to get on the backs of the ref but then rarely praise them. Not every single one of course, but the vast majority. Nothing quite like the Stadium of Light though, I've been to two matches since I moved to Sunderland and Christ... you see every single perfectly clean tackle questioned by the Mackems, it's ridiculous.
Great idea. There is hardly any way to give feedback about refs, good or bad. I'm not saying that with this the FA and referees association will be scouring it every weekend trying to please fans, but it's nice to be able to have an input somewhere, even if it does get inevitably swamped with other people's deluded ****e.
