OK, a bit of an obscure one this but has there ever been a more fantastic animal that God ever blessed the Earth with? I mean, not only do the make lots of lushious, juicey meat & lovely, crispy crackling but they are so ****ing versatile. Cute as **** when young & internally are the nearest to a human. Their lungs, liver & kidney's are the same size as a person's & have indeed, been successfully transplanted into people. Structurally, their meat is nye as dam it the same as man's. If you've ever seen a human burn, which unfortunately, I have, the smell is just like pork cooking. If you happen to want rid of a dead body, take it to a pig farm. They will go through it in minutes, including bone. If it wasn't for pigs, there'd be no bacon, gammon, ham or sausages. Can you imagine that? Ilove pigs me.
I know, but they are very intelligent. Do you realize that pigs are the only animals that know they are going to the abbotoir?

I think you meen they cant sweat so they are slightly differant to humans I used to have 400 outdoor sows and they were all differant, mind you there was some right mean bastards among them and you wouldn't turn your back on them, did once got 22 stitches in my eye for that little error. lol.
pigs learn as quickly as chimpanzees apparently. i've always wanted a pet one but don't have the room. and i'd have to give up bacon in the house if i did.
They make a different noise, like a squeal in fear, you know. They can be very aggressive for sure, so can the boars. Was your eye injury from a bite?
No Billy I wasn,t quick enough when i went to check her new piglets and she lifted the door off and smacked me in the eye with it, I was hard in them days and carried on working until tea time and then went and got it stitched ( obviously as thick as **** aswell lol ) you could put your whole finger through the hole our lass was real chuffed with me when i got home.
****ing hell. Sounds bad that marra! Aye & belly pork, sausages, gammon, ham, roast loin, chops, etc, etc.
Honestly, apart from bacon and some types of sausages the pig is wasted on me. I find pork to be a very bland meat, worse if not cooked right and it becomes tough as old boots. Give me a silverside roast or sirloin steak any day
