RIP Phil. Your music with Don was a big part of my life in the 50's and 60's. Too many brilliant and unforgettable songs to list. Thanks for all the fantastic memories they bring back. Will truly miss you my friend. "I bless the day I found you".
Here you are, Canada - I've been singing that song (among others) since I got up.

Great songs and great tunes from the brothers who had a couple of wobbly's on the way not least the accromonious bust on stage in the USA then one of them deserting a tour of the UK and returning to the USA. Thanks for the memories boys and for a very brief period we had our own sound alikes although not bad they were a poor substitute, The Alisons.
Can see where they got their talent from, and their hair!!
They did, but I guess these guys were a big influence...
Some of the early Beatles songs show were influenced by the Every Brothers. I know Paul McCartney was a big fan. Although they had their own sound I was a bit disappointed to find out recently that a lot of their hits were written by others.
Saw them in Hull at ABC REGAL,or at least one of them,as one failed to turn up ! The one who did perform sang along to a tape recorder.Or have I dreamt this ?
From Wiki: By then (1964) the brothers' personal lives had gone through serious upheavals. Both were addicted to speed. Don's condition was worse, since he was taking the then unregulated drug Ritalin which led to deeper trouble. Don's addiction lasted three years until he was finally hospitalized for a nervous breakdown and to cure his addiction to Ritalin.[10] They embarked on a UK tour, but Don was unable to complete it and returned to the United States, leaving Phil to carry on with Joey Page, their bass player, taking his place.
Learn a bit every day Stan, didn't know the background to the desertion during the UK Tour or the threesome, but I remember a girlfriend from many years ago always bursting out into tears at the Ebony Eyes song.
