O/T Partridge

I thought last weeks was good but this weeks was ****ing brilliant.

"One critic said he wouldn't wipe his arse on it, his words not mine"

I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it by quoting the next line but it's pure comedy genius.

I had to pause it I was laughing that much.

 

Yep, am loving the new series, also reading his book at the moment which complemented tonight brilliantly

 

i must either subscribe to sky or not read any of these AP threads , aaaargh!!! sob !!

 

This is a disaster, I haven't seen either yet due to no Sky here.

My brother had better have Sky-plussed them or there'll be bother!

 

Well to be a lone voice I thought this week's was ****. Really plodding, predictable with every joke obvious 5 seconds before aired and oddly the character Partridge almost became a caricature of himself.

Last weeks however was ace and if you dont agree then you're just bloody wrong.

 

To use a direct quote from AP himself;

It kind of was a one-off as this was very different, basically taking the guise of a spoof review show where Partridge discussed his book.

 

Got it recorded for tonight so it didn't clash with other stuff. Don't ruin it for me NFUNo1.

 

i love partridge but thought the first episode was ****. i haven't watched last nights yet.

 

i started watching it but was knackered and found myself not laughing much, so i figured i must be missing a lot of the humour due to my tired state as normally just the sight of his face has me in stitches, so i am going to try again tonight with fresh eyes...

 

Really liked some of the stuff with the audience. The twins, and that guy who got kicked out
