Just scanning for whats on the box tonight and read the synopsis for this film, Old Boy on Film 4. Scenes of violence/sex/torture, so far so good then- LIVE OCTOPUS INGESTION!! WTF! Has anyone seen this film? Also tonight for fans of truly bad horror films its Mega Python V's Gatoroid on Film 24 at 9pm. It features 80's pop stars Debbie Gibson, who still looks fit and Tiffany, who doesnt.
I remember reading at the time that the actor was a Buddist, but for the sake of the film agreed to eat the live Octopus for the story, which I think is based on a Manga comic. In the end he ate 4 of them! Very good film though.
