http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19265338 Not a surprise, feel sad for the lad in one way as football was his life, but sure he's made the right decision.
Indeed so. Sad but its only football. Life with his family is far more improtant. I am sure Bolton can offer him a role within the club though. Good Luck in whatever you do Fabrice.
Best of luck Fabrice, disappointing he can't resume his football career. Health however is more important.
Having a life is better than having a career. Surely he can still be involved in football either at Bolton, one of his former clubs or punditry.
It is sad when a young guy like this has to cut short his career, but he has a lot to be thankful for. I have been to Congo a few times, and if it had happened there, he would be with us now, so he has been fortunate to be in this country with the medical facilities we have here. Good luck to him for the future.
A nice clip from his playing days. Wont make good viewing for Bolton fans though as Gary Cahill is also involved. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19272845
