He's one of those keepers who just attracts howlers. Didn't he do a really bad one for Doncaster a year or two ago?
It was a cock-up by the keeper but the defender is more to blame. Skilful outfield players accidentally let it roll under their feet often, it's easily done. The issue was caused by a ridiculous backpass. 1st rule of backpasses is to keep it wide of the goal and the 2nd rule is to keep it on the floor and not bouncing. He broke both those rules and buggered it right up.
