I've just been reading a piece on Inter looking to sign Tom Ince who is now out of contract at Blackpool .

I dont really remember him showing much on loan at Palace , did he make a difference in their revival under Pulis ?

From what i gather , he wasn't wanted by Pulis after the season ended , so i figured not -

just wondering what Inter see in Tom Ince

I forget it's there but has literally just been reading it and then saw this.

Wonder of he wasn't played due to form or due to his lack of commitment to staying?

Depends who your Dad is in football, Ince Snr has good contacts there.

The so-called 'Governor' was very well regarded there (owner & fans) for his leadership and commitment in a flaccid and spineless Inter side.

Think they hope 'like father like son'

It's precisely this. It surprised me when I started attending how revered Ince snr is by the Interista. He's a massive legend but I'm sure he was only there a couple of years. It's a PR move by the new owner which won't cost a lot. He might actually surprise and be good - lets not forget Liverpool really chased him - or he might be ****e but cheap.

They've nothing to lose with this one really.
