After a year of playing on a neutral ground, a return to the Ricoh beckons At least some footballing good news - to counter all the Malky Mackay scheisse http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/coventry-city-agree-deal-return-7620919
My daughter will be pleased. One of the Cov supporters who went to most away games but refused to go to Northampton for the ' home ' games
Good to see this, their fans have had a rotten couple of years. Hopefully they can start to have some stability now.
Just finished reading Bellamy's autobiography 'Goodfella'. Actually a really good read, especially the stuff about his time at Norwich. Went to Uni just outside Coventry. Not the most luxurious of places, but that's what happens when you get flattened during the war and rebuilt in as many variations of concrete as possible. But one thing is for sure, they love their club and deserve some success after what has been a difficult time.
As my Uncle eloquently put on Facebook earlier '**** Off and Good Riddance'. Thought it was a terrible idea in the first place and actually felt genuinely sorry for a lot of Coventry fans, from day one they've also had to put up with a very hostile territorial attitude from some people over here, but in fairness when you live up the road from Milton Keynes you sort of begin to understand that mindset.
