    yes indeed. cancer does not have mates. it attacks anyone. shame there was no mention of his brief time at hull city though. i also wish him well.

    No disrespect to Gary Ablett but I wonder why they've unearthed that now. It was in the news over a year ago he was battling cancer.

    At least with non hodgkins lymphoma there's a decent chance the specialists will get GA into remission, and when it comes back they can often knock it on the head. Here's hoping you get into remission GA and hopefully you will have many years ahead of you.

    this on a sad day, ex england fast bowler Graham Dilley has died age 52, remember him supporting Beefy at headingley 1981 as we turned the ashes series around RIP
