I don't understand all this shyte, what could possibly benefit Madrid council by giving away land at a value of 400k to then buy it back at 22 million? Why would they do that?
What? I understand how people over value land to rip people off, not necessarily in the actual purchase of it but what goes on there after, but can't quite understand why the council would rip themselves off...? Maybe I've just answered my own question there, but surely they'd buy the land back first then wait a while to overvalue it?
