Is it just me being a heartless git or does anyone else have absolutely no sympathy for these idiots who die or get into trouble as a result of going out in the floods, high tides or terrible weather?

Just read about a bloke in Oxford who got washed into a lock after driving his mobility scooter along a flooded path.

That tit who went out to take pictures of the storm waves and got washed away, I dread to think how much the rescue cost, useless idiots the lot of them.

Not just you. Baffles me too how anyone can be so stupid, but that's what natural selection is for.

The one that stuck in the memory was the couple making love in a car in their garage. They felt cold, deduced the coroner, and decided to switch the car engine on.

I heard the mobility scooter one on the news and I'm afraid to say I sniggered. I didn't actually know they'd died at that point like.

But even then I still thought natural selection at work.
