Many will remember in days gone by, we were able to have board threads. Ok they usually, (well always) go tits up in the end, Was just wondering on your thought to see if we could have them back, for match days only. Got the derby coming up, and it's a bit lame, maybe a cross thread, where we could have a bit of banter, piss taking etc. What's your thoughts? If positive, maybe the mods of both Sunderland and Newcastle could put it forward. Cheers.
I've posted this on your board as well, to gauge the reaction mate. I know they all go tits up in the end, but surely to venture onto a thread like that, you would realise what it could contain. It's only a bit of fun.
People get really ****ing wound up on here. I'm not against the idea as I like a lot of the mag posters. I like nearly all of our posters but put the two together and you sometimes end up with a ****ing disaster. Not a bad shout comm.
You could do that on the old 606 couldn't you, I'm all up for it but think all users have to act responsible so mods don't have to intervene , then the may be certain mods who aren't welcome on this board being a jerk etc

BB started one of these threads a couple of years ago which was intended as a no holds barred free for all. It ended up as one of the tamest threads on the board.

Sad thing is, i'm wondering about our own forum... I know Disco has had a say, yet some mods seem to be shying away from from this subject (i know they are online and have read this). Have we just got some soft arse mods at present, who don't want the hassle? **** knows how they would have coped a few years back.
