This very phrase just blurted out of my computer in an American accent, whilst perusing this website. I can't see where it was from, and I don't know what I've won?? Has anyone else heard it? It made me jump to be honest. You know that feeling when you're slightly startled, then you begin to get a bit pissed off about it? If I could find this little American man who interrupts what I'm doing with his phoney prizes, I'd assault him. Can't see him though. Strange.
No unfortunately not. It was just an unexpected, rude outburst that seems to have come from nowhere. Not as interesting as porn.
I got it when I'd installed a video-playing plugin, ie when a site expects you to install their special web player to view their content. If it persists, look through your installed programs, sort by install date and see if you can find anything, and remove it.
