Never liked the bloke personally, another warped mind thought he was untouchable. The sky footage of him is bizarre, given his position. Strikes me as a very arrogant cnut, and i hope he gets some return treatment when banged up. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/max-clifford-sky-news-video-3473164
Not a kiddy fiddler but certainly took advantage of being in an equivalent situation of the casting couch syndrome. The young women he took advantage wanted some kind of fame or publicity that he would provide them. Whilst he is not a particularly nice bloke what he did was not unusual for the time period involved. Not one of the women achieved fame or fortune so there may be an element of revenge involved.
Wrong. He sexually assaulted a 12 year old girl while in Spain. He can't be tried for it though Hang the ****ing nonce.
Does that make it alright then? If someone had taken advantage of me to the extreme, I'd want more than revenge. wouldn't you? Good on them for have the bravery to take him and his circus on and winning. I hope they have a better life now they've at least got some justice.
Steady on guys, I am not defending him but take a look at today's wannabes and under age girls that go around dressed and behaving as adults. Promiscuity has been ripe from the '60s when sexual freedom took off and whilst these women today have every right to report the incidents I am only saying that had they gained fame via Clifford then nothing could possibly have been said. I lived through these times and in my opinion it is retrospective revenge.
I don't think you have any idea of what rape does to a girl. These women have probably never been the same since this creep had his way. Psychologically, these girls will be damaged and will have been to hell and back most of their lives. Hopefully a big weight has been lifted off their shoulders and they can now move forward in life. To make these women out to be anything other than victims is pretty low mate.
Hang mate, he was a publicist and these offences run well into that career. He knew what he was doing.
Young people are classified as children until their 18th birthday for a reason ..... they are growing up and experimenting what it will be like to be an adult Any male or female who abuses youngsters & justifies their actions on the kids clothing/behaviour deserves more than 4 years in a comfy prison
I read it again and still see the emphasis on underage girls being provocative as an excuse for adult behaviour Personal space should not be invaded because someone wants what they see
