What I fail to understand is the time it takes to bring these allegations forward and what they then have to do while he is suspended. Just as the athletes thrive to get quicker, so should the process - I bet it costs a bomb and I genuinely wonder if it is worthwhile anymore.
I thought they were tested after every race? I don't see how this can happen nowadays unless its a case of the dopers being one step ahead of the testers? It's such a shame because as much as I despise the lycra clad muppets in town, these guys are bloody amazing athletes.
