Bullying tactics from Cheshire Police and North Wales Police Andy Pierce Wrexham 17 Sep 2014 â The build up to next Monday's cross-border derby 'bubble match' has taken a sinister twist this week as certain supporters have been receiving a letter from Cheshire Police saying that officers that have personal knowledge of them and their identity will be on duty on the day of the match to ensure that they do not behave in anti-social behaviour. Supporters with no convictions but that may be friends with certain known risk fans have also received letters telling them to be on their best behaviour on the day. Officers from North Wales Police have also started following many supporters of Wrexham FC on Twitter and also bizarrely adding them as friends on Facebook.
