Might be a performing dog but it's a great act.

Ditto, the 10 finalists showed that there's some real talent, including the dog!

I think there's talent everywhere, but just because it's not on TV or radio, people think that these shows produce great talent. The dog thing has been done before, same as boy bands etc, there was nothing new or fresh on that show. All been done 100's of times before & better. Been in London for a few days & people busking on the underground are more entertaining.

The bloke with the organ should have won.

He was one annoying tit. Every time any one of the judges spoke to him he'd go ,

    " Who me? "

Every time. He was the only ****er on the stage. Who else did he think they were talking to?

The reason I wanted him to win ?

He wound her indoors up massively and it's the little victories you see.
I have to watch that cack then at least let me get some enjoyment out if it.

The more she slated him the more I said I liked him. I even had our off spring singing that Outkast song with compulsory ' come on everybody'.

In fact I'm going to start them off again to wind her up right now.

could possibly be that people are sick of the same talentless singers churned out year on year from these type of programmes

The three finalists were a choir that sing in Welsh, an obese kid singing opera and a performing dog.

That tells me that the average age of the people who vote is at least 87.

People still watching BGT? I swapped to the Voice, and even though normally I hate "talent" shows, this one feels genuine, with actual artists, and mentors that are doing just that. No sob stories, no contestant bullying, it doesnt feel like Jeremy Kyle at all like the others.

Any one of the 40 finalists from The Voice could win the XFactor or BGT, and the majority of them are better than anything that will in either of those and furthermore, will have at least 1 successful recording out there too.

Cowell must be worried. I expect him to do something, he's good at what he does, but if hes got no Plan B he might be screwed.

The Voice peaked last night at 6.4m viewers. BGT peaked at 14.5m viewers. Somehow, I doubt Cowell is worrying that much.

I really liked The Voice when it first started, but once the novelty wore off it got boring fast.

I like BGT though, this years was the best final line up they've ever had. I wasn't a big fan of the dog, the fat guy should have won, he was brilliant.

Ha that reminds me of a T shirt my Mrs once bought for a laugh, it had the 1st line on the front of the shirt and the 2nd line on the back of the shirt

I really, really don't care for TV talent shows in the slightest but this comment sums it up for me. If it genuinely is a talent show of different talents then fine, the problem is it's usually just a singing and dancing competition and no other talents are taken seriously.

I was forced to watch it last night and it was nice to see a genuinely entertaining animal win it rather than some sob-story singer or ****ing street-dance group.

I've seen a couple of episodes and it was full of sob stories. One person was singing for their mum, one person was singing because they have no confidence and nothing else in life they are good at, and one was singing because they were Amy Winehouses best friend and she died.

It's been full of sob stories, and the presenting is awful too. Holly asks the mentors all these questions and they rarely answer them and just go off in one about who they sang with in the music business. To think how much the BBC paid for that format instead of retaining the rights to the Grand National or the Football League highlights.

Simon wanted a dog act to win - hence a dog act wins. The final 3 did show the best talent in previous weeks, but like a previous poster has said - the man and his organ were great. Wonder how much he would cost to book for a wedding reception?

The dog won! ha ha ha thats hilarious. I never watch the show but sometimes I drink a few beers on an evening and watch the acts on you tube for a laugh. Must say that big fat kid had one hell of a voice, might have a you tube session this morning and see what you lot are talking about.
