Former City defender Lewin Nyatanga has joined Barnsley. The 24-year-old has penned a two-year contract at Oakwell to reunite with a club he has joined no fewer than three times on loan throughout his career. Nyatanga opted against signing a new deal at Ashton Gate and had a brief spell on trial at Yeovil Town, but instead opted to move to fellow Championship side Barnsley. The Wales international joined City in 2009 and made 110 appearances, scoring four times.
