Or alternatively it’s for Nuno to point which way forward is to Harry Winks :bandit:

Where's that clip of him putting through Nile John which, if it was Skipp making the same pass, would have people praising him for the next three weeks?

Hopefully given to those responsible at Villa or Everton so they can be convinced to make a bid.

Miles Davis? Not my idea of smooth jazz. He pre-dates it by decades, for a start.
Kenny G and being stuck on hold are more what it makes me think of.
Whatever you think of Davis, he's certainly not lift music.

Smooth jazz exists from the beginning of the 20th century. MIles is the heart of smooth jazz but I am not talking about some marketing confection like Kenny G that's just syrup not smooth at all, whatever they chose to call it. It is to differentiate it from hot jazz or be-bop it's purely a description.

He has to go now why bother delaying the inevitable. I would 100% rather have mason back in. He has nothing to lose. To finish mid table with this shower of **** would actually be an achievement.

Remember when we had a Portuguese manager and fans moaned because the football wasn't exciting enough, so they changed the system to accommodate this and our form went off a cliff?

    But enough about Andre Villas-Boas...

I would feel very sorry for Nuno if we changed things now. He’s got a lot of black marks on his Spurs copybook already but he’s also been dealt a very tricky hand and managers need time to make things click.

That said I have no idea what he’ll do to fix it. I’m running through midfield combos in my mind and can’t see one that fixes all the issues. The team I posted in the other thread is the one I want to see but it’s far from perfect.

This would be an awful time to change manager and I don’t know who we’d look for. Mason again? Conte would be a very difficult appointment to make because the financial impact on his clubs might be very bad news for us. Very good manager but I don’t know that we can afford him.

We’re in a bind as it is but replacing Nuno might push us further down the hole. It was hard enough to appoint him as it was.
