im guessing if 4-4-2 is going to stay it will be (in a perfect, injury free world) Nugent and Beckford playing with Vassell as an impact sub.

I too hope we stay with the diamond because it's what we've played our best football in and I agree Vassell and Beckford up top for the next game. At least one of Nuge's weeks won't matter due to International break.

 

i wouldnt say beckford and vassell complement each other. Id genuinelu be tempted to play howard due to the way beckford plays, but i accept that wont happen and im probs the only one who thinks that!!

Beckford and Vassell up front is still really good, wish Nugent the best for his recovery as I thought he was one of our stand out players that have come in over the summer.

 

Not ready yet to start. I think once we get some more players in we would be best off loaning him to a top league 1 club

 

cant see beckford and vassel paiting well. howard would allow him to flourish, but that just wont happen, i know.

 

I think Vas and Beckford would do well together because I think Becks need's someone who will do the running and the 'donkey work' for him and Vas will do that whereas I don't think Howard would.

 

howard would send him in and becks could flourish off his flick-ons...
