    Lads after seeing Spurs and Arsenal play their CL games this week it made me think back to NUFC playing against the best in Europe. Over on my blog i've posted videos of our 2 greatest CL game - take a look. Cheers

    That Feyenoord game is still my favourite NUFC game ever. I still know all the commentary to every goal haha

    Inter Milan was the trip for me. 15000 Newcastle fans, probably 20000 travelled. Everywhere you looked in Milan was a geordie. Every bar, every restaurant and every tourist attraction there were black and white shirts, singing everywhere, big games of football. The night in Milan after the game was the best. People jumping in this small fountain and then running from the police. I didn't get to bed until 5am, was flying home at midday and was only 12 I think. I remember my dad saying it was 3am and I was playing football in the square with a few lads of a similar age. Loved it, never wanted to leave. The plane home even had quite a bit of singing, must have all been Newcastle fans.

    both excellent the whole build up and atmosphere at the Barcelona game was unreal still get goose bumps when i watch it now
