NUFC can stick their tickets up their arse.

You may remember my previous thread regarding when i was threatened by letter for sweareing at a match (the Arsenal one) I wrote back with a complaint that i was no worse than anyone else etc. One person had complained and i was judged and threatened with expulsion, Police court the stocks and hung later. I sent a nice letter to the Customer services manager. Ignored completely. Another to box office. Ignored completely. Another to box office when they reminded me that my tickets were soon due and what options there were. Ignored again. I sent all my letters and mails again to the box office and was told they would be directed to the correct dept. Nowt since. Then i get a mail from the Customer relations manager telling me there was only 10 days left to pick up the 3 year option. (which i may add i was going to do again). I wrote back to him telling him of my previous mails letters etc. Lo and behold it is directed only to the box office which answers it has been recieved. So they were told they had until the deadline to get back to me or stick the tickets up their collective incompetant ignorant arses. They have not responded. So from this morning there has been a state of war between Genghis Badger and the club of Newcastle united. May God save us all. Bastards. I love going as well. I only use half my tickets if i'm lucky coz i work away. Bastards.

I remember the original article you wrote and I can't believe it has now escalated to this. You need to know one way or another if you're allowed to renew your ticket but it is being very, very badly handled by their customer service dept. I do hope you get the outcome you want.
